Join a collaborative People and Culture Team. This work is performed at Cascadia’s various locations throughout the Cascadia network. The position is based at Cascadia's administrative offices. Work hours are standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm. Some scheduling adjustments may be necessary to accommodate coverage for agency related activities. This position will be required to travel between sites and in the community to attend meetings, events, and consultations.

Reporting to the Employee and Labor Relations Director, this position contributes to Cascadia by providing tactical and strategic consulting to employees, management and stakeholders while aligning with organizational goals. This position maintains thorough knowledge of operations, legal and regulatory landscape, workforce challenges, and culture to provide effective guidance to the People & Culture Department.


A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.
Two to five years of experience in Human Resources or closely related discipline.
Previous experience in employee and labor relations is preferred.
Experience in nonprofit setting preferred.
