Job Title: Resident Property Manager (19th Ave.)
Salary Range: $31,200 per year PLUS housing
Hours: Exempt, at least 40 hours per week (with benefits)

Reporting to Neighborhood House’s Executive Director, the 19th Avenue Resident Property Manager will be responsible for oversight and management of 19th Avenue Apartments, including renting apartments, tenant relations, ensuring program compliance, maintenance and janitorial duties, fiscal planning, contract compliance, working with the Case Manager, supervising the Facilities Specialist, and other general property management functions.
This position comes with free housing, as the Resident Property Manager will be living on-site at the 19th Avenue Apartments.
Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration or a related field
Three years of increasingly responsible experience working in the property management field with a property management company or housing agency with disadvantaged, special needs populations.
an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Management experience at a tax credit, section 8 and public housing apartment community and AMR or PHM certification is preferred.
The Resident Property Manager position requires use of a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license with car insurance that is acceptable to Neighborhood House’s insurance provider, and an acceptable 5-year driving history.
