The Talent Acquisition Mobility Partner will deliver our global mobility programs which includes the following key components: immigration, relocation and global mobility. This role acts as the liaison between our relocation and immigration vendors, hiring managers, our employees and candidates. Delivering an excellent experience outlined in the programs. As needed, this individual will recruit for open positions.
•Knowledge center to advise and educate business stakeholders on immigration and global mobility. Communicate processes and changes; develop creative solutions to support business challenges. Primary point of contact and educator to employees as well as their families on all US and global immigration matters.
•Promote global internal education by developing and updating resources, process flows, and procedures
•Uphold global mobility program policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business need and overall talent strategy.
•Interact with all external vendor relationships as they pertain to immigration and global mobility while ensuring a high-level of performance and customer satisfaction.
•Partner with outside immigration counsel in preparing inbound and outbound immigration cases; adjust and communicate immigration strategy as regulation and trends change.
•Manage tools to streamline global administrative processes including Key Performance Metrics.
•Maintain a current knowledge of immigration legislation/regulations and evaluate program relevancy in response to new requirements
•General oversight and initiation of employees’ relocation, global assignments and international taxation issues.
•Full-cycle recruiting for a variety of open roles. Support candidates throughout all stages of the application and hiring process - ensure a signature candidate experience.
•Ensure compliance with all regulations and internal policies.

Bachelor’s degree in business
•3-5 Plus years in Human Resources
•1 plus years’ experience with immigration and relocation
•Experience working for a global company
•Knowledge of US immigration law
•Solid understanding of technology trends and best practices currently affecting relocation and immigration
•Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to partner, build and grow relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
•Experience analyzing situations and spot potential issues
