The Apprentice Analyst for our Member Services Help Desk will join a team responsible for supporting clinical solutions and practice management applications deployed across the OCHIN collaborative as well as support other systems used by the EPIC Operations Team. This role will focus on configuration, technical troubleshooting and solutions-discovery for OCHIN’s members.
