Management (LM) and the labor staffing model for reliable and achievable labor targets (i.e., hours, LM % Eff, LM EP%). Ultimately, this team helps drive profitability via effective and efficient use of labor built on data driven labor standards.


•Work with Distribution Leadership, Finance, Engineering, GIS, and Human Resources and other cross functional partners in the development of Labor Management best practices
•Analyze metrics (productive, unit volume, order flow) to establish productivity targets to influence appropriate staff requirements
•Use data to make recommendations that ensure DC Staffing is adequate based on assessment of resource needs in order to achieve service level goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly level
•Review labor model at regular intervals and with forecast or process changes to provide updated staffing requirements to DC managers
•Work with Department Managers to ensure proper training and usage of the LM tool
•Develop reporting and dashboard metrics to measure productivity
•Develop data to provide to leadership with KPIs for local and global Distribution network
•Spend time on the production floor addressing LM training gaps
•Support continuous improvement efforts within the DC network
•Provide on-site support for Labor Management project implementations
•Collaborate with the Industrial Engineering team


•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field, or combination of education, certification, and/or equivalent experience
•Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills required
•Requires 3+ years of professional experience in Distribution, Manufacturing, or other production environment, with experience in Labor Management concepts
•Experience with Labor Management Software preferred. Manhattan Associates’ LMS experience is a plus
•Experience with a Warehouse Management Software strongly preferred. Manhattan Associates’ WMS experience is a plus
•Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Proficient in manipulating data including statistical analysis and advanced formulas
•Experience with engineered time studies is preferred
