This position is based out of Cascadia's administrative office in NE Portland near the Lloyd Center. This position. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5:00. It may require the flexibility to work later hours at times in order to meet the needs of the department.

The Fiscal Program Analyst serves as the primary financial analyst and fiscal contact for several major programs. The Fiscal Program Analyst works closely with Program Managers, Directors and Senior Directors in a consultative role with a focus on ensuring the reliability of monthly financial reports as well as ensuring that program management understand the operational basis of the financial reports. The Fiscal Program Analyst analyzes and verifies the reliability of enterprise-wide records in Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare's principal database systems: Credible billing, Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, ADP payroll and Human Resources system, Prophix corporate performance management system, and SAGE 100 financial information system; as they relate to the relevant program. The Fiscal Program Analyst participates in the annual budget for Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare in coordination with program Senior Directors and their designees. The Fiscal Program Analyst provides fiscal management training to Program Managers, as well as analysis of monthly financial results.

A Bachelor's degree in the field of business accounting from an accredited college or university.
At least three years of full time professional accounting experience relevant to the position can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Progressive experience working in a nonprofit or healthcare agency is preferred.
Experience and knowledge of Accounting Systems
Knowledge of SAGE 100 preferred
Proficiency in Excel including Pivot Tables and Lookup functions
Knowledge of data review and reporting
Familiarity with standard office procedures and practices related to record-keeping
Knowledge of data management systems such as Access DB
Knowledge of accounting and budget principles; research methods
Ability to compute basic statistics including mathematical averages and percentages
Ability to set up and maintain relational database files; perform queries, and retrieve data to prepare reports
Ability to adapt to changing technology
Ability to read, interpret, research, explain and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures related to program business
Ability to prepare complex reports Ability to commute to various Cascadia sites and community locations as needed. This position is required to attend offsite meetings at other Cascadia locations.
