Bring your administrative support skills to the Oregon Zoo, where you can support groundbreaking wildlife research and conservation activities at one of Oregon's most popular visitor attractions. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized and flexible Administrative Specialist to support the Oregon Zoo Care, Conservation and Connection department. This position will ensure efficient workflow, manage competing priorities and provide administrative support to zoo staff. The individual in this position will communicate and act as a liaison to internal departments, external stakeholders and the public.
If you're a team player who would enjoy being part of various teams within the zoo, this could be the ideal role for you. While this position is embedded in the Care, Conservation and Connection department, you will report to the Administrative Supervisor and be a part of the newly formed zoo administrative team.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. and three years progressively responsible experience in an administrative support capacity; or any combination of experience and education that provides the necessary skills, knowledge and ability to perform assigned tasks.
