The Technical Support Representative will work closely with our clients and internal cross-functional teams to address a wide range of technical support and account related issues. You will communicate with our clients via email and phone to resolve technical issues in a timely manner. You will ensure all client escalations are handled efficiently and in a courteous manner. The ideal candidate will be someone who takes the initiative to learn new skills, has strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills and a customer first mentality.
Deliver timely solutions to customers while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Help customers understand our products by translating intricate and technically complex concepts in a way that is simple and easy to understand
Analyze customer configurations and effectively use internal resources such as FAQs, API specifications and knowledgebases to troubleshoot the problem.
Solicit feedback from customers that we can use to make our product and processes more robust
