The College of Business is seeking a Program Manager for the OSU Center for the Advancement of Women in Leadership. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), 12-month, fixed term professional faculty position. Reappointment is at the discretion of the Dean.
The mission of the OSU Center for the Advancement of Women in Leadership is to change the landscape of business leadership by moving women into leadership roles in industry, enabling women’s perspectives to have equitable influence on business decisions and growth. This critical position advances that body of work.
The Manager will coordinate existing efforts, as well as partner with campus and community resources to develop, implement and assess new approaches. The Manager will work with students, OSU faculty and staff, community members, donors, alumni and corporate audiences to support and build programs that advance women in leadership.
The Manager is responsible for 1) developing and executing programming and curriculum for OSU students; 2) developing and executing programming for working professionals, alumni, employers, etc.; and 3) establishing and maintaining relationships across OSU and in our communities to develop and enhance programming; 4) coordinating and executing marketing and communications to promote programming for students and for working professionals, alumni, employers, etc.; and 5) general project management and coordination for Center for the Advancement of Women in Leadership activities.
