Here's what you will do:
The Senior Risk Management Analyst is a key position within the Risk team at Washington County. We are looking for a critical thinker who will proactively look for creative solutions to risk management and claims handling. The Senior Risk Management Analyst vwill investigate and resolve claims including general liability, property, auto, and employers liability. They will work closely with County Counsel on litigated claim investigation and look for loss prevention opportunities across all claim types. This role requires data analysis and expertise with paperless claims/risk information systems.

Here's what you need to qualify:
Bachelor's Degree in occupational safety/health, public or business administration, risk management, social science, or a related field; AND six (6) years of professional-level experience in risk management, claims management, loss prevention, or workers' compensation. OR
Associate's Degree in occupational safety/health, public or business administration, risk management, social science, or a related field; AND eight (8) years of professional-level experience in risk management, claims management, loss prevention, or workers' compensation. OR
Ten (10) years of professional-level experience in risk management, claims management, loss prevention, or workers' compensation.
Additional Licenses, Certificates, Physical Abilities and Specialty Requirements
Must possess a driver's license valid in the State of Oregon and have an acceptable driving record.
Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation.
