Salary: $22.10 - $23.13 hourly

This lead position provides direction to a crew of Event Custodians at multiple Portland'5 Centers for the Arts facilities, located in Downtown Portland, Oregon.
Two shift options: Day shift or Swing Shift schedule
Duties also include:
• Performing routine clean-up.
• Marquee changes, event setup and preparation,
• Parking delineation and tasks involved in facility maintenance,
• Department administrative functions and event support.
This position reports to the Operations Supervisors and Senior Set-Up Supervisor.
Probationary wage: $22.10/hour; Step 2: $23.13/hour.

Minimum of two years similar experience performing facility cleaning or janitorial work and demonstrated experience and ability to lead other workers successfully. Must be available to work various days of the week, including weekends and holidays. Willingness to obtain a Blood borne Pathogen Training Certification and Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation certification.
