Volunteers of America Oregon is looking for a Program Supervisor to join our exceptional team.

The Program Supervisor of the Addiction Recovery Team (ART) collaborates with multiple levels of governmental and community agencies, serving as liaison between VOA Program Director and staff, DHS supervisors and staff, and community partners to achieve high-quality program services for participants and their families.

Under the direction of the Program Director, the supervisor leads VOA Oregon program operations staff providing direct services. Team members work within Department of Human Services (DHS) offices in Marion, Polk, Yamhill and Washington counties. The Program Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the Addiction & Recovery Team (ART) program to ensure clinical and administrative compliance with contractual standards, performance objectives and evidence-based practices.

Supervisory: Position is responsible for supervision of approximately 10 employees.
Schedule: This is a full-time position, with some evening and weekend hours as needed.
