The City of Bend Facilities Division is actively recruiting for a full-time Facilities Lead. This opportunity is an FLSA non-exempt (overtime eligible), fully benefit eligible position and is represented by the City of Bend Employee Association (COBEA). This lead position will be assigned to the Facilities Division serving as a model for accomplishing the visions and goals of the Department and City through excellent internal and external customer service, leadership, teamwork, and producing excellent quality results.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with facilities maintenance and repairs, office relocation coordination and tenant improvements.
