Position Summary: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily operations of the Moving Forward and Reentry Enhancement Coordination (REC) programs within Transition and Reentry Outpatient Services, including staff supervision and scheduling, ensuring that services are in clinical and administrative compliance with contractual standards and OAR regulations, performance objectives, ethical standards, and best practices. In addition to supervision duties, the Clinical Supervisor provides treatment services and carries a small caseload up to half of their time.

Schedule: This is a part-time position; 20 hrs. per week with the potential for additional hours up to 30 hours/week, Monday – Friday, with 1-2 evenings required and a periodic Saturday rotation shared with other supervisors.
