Position Overview

The Contract Manager is responsible for the preparation, delivery, modification and editing of the commercial components of OCHIN contracts including OCHIN Member Master System Agreements, Master Vendor Agreements as well as Independent Contractor Agreements. This position will also assist in the analysis of forecasts, dashboards, and pricing models as they relate to all OCHIN contracts. The Contract Manager will also be a point of contact for Procurement vendor relations. The Contract Manager uses strong communication skills and acts as a liaison among the Finance, Sales, Account/Project Management, and other operating departments within OCHIN.

The Contract Manager must have a high attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, be prepared to take on new responsibilities to support the organization and have a proven track record of driving process improvement. The position also requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain personal rapport with internal and external members and stakeholders.
