Hi, I’m Beth Shea, Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Puppet,
I’m looking for a Senior Director of Services Strategy to join our team to help us drive customer transformations and increased the value of Puppet technology with professional services. As the Senior Director of Services, your role will be to design the overall services strategy, implementation roadmap, and partner in the development/execution of the plans with other highly talented team members around the globe. This is a high impact role that spans the functions and global reach of Puppet and it is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is looking to join a team and drive value out of the gate. We want someone, who like us, cares deeply about our customer’s success leveraging the Puppet solutions to help them meet their ever-challenging and changing business needs.
At Puppet our Professional Services business is a key driver to our ability to create a joint vision with our customers, effectively position and sell the initial software deal and equally if not more, important to the add-on sale. This leadership role is uniquely positioned to set the vision for our services strategy that will drive a significant YoY license and services growth.
Meaningful work you’ll contribute….
Develop a three-year services strategy for Puppet that addresses the visionary and implementation/execution needs of our customers
Informed by the three-year strategy, develop a near-term plan that will drive an increase in overall attach rate of services to deals and help establish the foundation for new strategic customers
Create new transformational services that will better support new and existing customers as they start on their dev/ops journey
Create and execute the PS growth initiative by defining the workstreams, key deliverables, owners, stakeholders and the overall timeline for the initiative
Assess current resources in the PS organization as well as supporting functions to determine resource requirements to meet the 2020 plan as well as gaps that must be filled in order to meet our plan
Communicate with executive leadership as well as key stakeholders progress against plan and escalate and remove blockers along the way
