As a Human Resources Analyst II, you will support the Talent Acquisition team and Employee Relations functions. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will provide direct recruitment and selection support to County departments and functions. An aptitude and ability for identifying and implementing creative and innovative strategies to recruit candidates that represent the rich diversity of the community we serve is critical to success in this position.
You will also provide a supporting role to Employee Relations functions within the Human Resources division. The Employee Relations Unit performs classification and compensation studies, conducts internal investigations, writes and edits discipline documents, responds to union grievances, and provides general consultative support to departments and offices. These functions are performed under the direct supervision of a Senior HR Business Partner or HR leadership.
The eligibility list that is being established will be used to fill vacancies in Human Resources for at least the next six months and may be used to fill both regular and temporary positions.
