The schedule for this position is daytime hours, typically 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The position is located at Cascadia’s administrative office in NE Portland, near the Lloyd Center.



The Program Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance to the Senior Director of Integrated Operations and general administrative support to facilities and programs in the division supervised by the Senior Director of Integrated Operations. The position works in partnership with the Senior Director of Integrated Health Centers to support both the clinical and operations work in the Health Centers. This position is responsible for providing general support with a variety of activities and related tasks including, but not limited to; managing and interpreting reports, project management, filing, organizational duties, quality assurance and auditing, collaboration and coordination between departments and other tasks as assigned. The job incumbent is to ensure the highest standard of customer service and confidentiality with both client and employee matters, while supporting a Trauma Informed Care environment.

Requires: Level II requires a QMHA: a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university or three years of full time professional experience working in the mental health related field. (QMHA qualified required)
