Identity & Access Management, Program Manager - (R1-19-1358)

Program Management is a way of thinking, communicating, and working, supported by an information system, that organizes an enterprise's resources in direct relationship to leadership's vision, and the mission, strategy, goals, and objectives that move the organization forward.

The Identity and Access Management, Program Manager is a highly experienced Program/Project Manager with a solid track record of successfully managing several diverse IT related programs to successful conclusions, bringing the program in "on time - on budget" with high approval ratings from the client community. This position oversees all aspects of the program life cycle, using a formal program management methodology and the appropriate tools to develop a program plan, budget, risk management approach, and schedule. An Individual serving in this role is responsible for co-ordination of all program related activities including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities to members serving on the program team, and communicating status and issues to stakeholders and IT management.  Experience in the Identity and Access Management programs/projects would be highly valued.

Manage the integration and alignment of programs, projects and processes.
Provide executive visibility and reporting.
Develop and implement project-specific processes.
Provide leadership, motivation, and mentoring to members of the staff throughout the program life cycle.
Be accountable, earn trust, dignify people, and promote team behavior and a positive winning attitude.
Understand and be a strong advocate for IT standards and strategic initiatives.
Develop and continue to enhance your technical, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Strive to develop and enhance your oral and written communications skills.
Be willing to attend conferences and seminars as needed.
Provide formal presentations as requested.
Promote effective communication between your team and others both internal and external to IT.
May require concurrent management of multiple projects.
Ensure all strategic projects adhere to and align with appropriate internal controls (e.g., audit) consistent with adopted project management methodology and corporate governance.
You will bring the following skills to our team:

Typically, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering Management or equivalent work experience in related discipline.
Preferred 8-10 years of experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale IT systems, with 3 or more years in a Project Management role.
Must have a demonstrated ability to work effectively as a leader in a team environment.
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Solid understanding of current technologies in use at PGE.
A good understanding of the software development process, including requirements gathering
A solid background in system design techniques, testing, implementation, release and version control, and training approaches.
