The Role:
This role works collaboratively with HR organization and business leaders to assess needs, identify issues, and design and implement appropriate organization and talent development solutions. This role will also re-imagine and implement initiatives to improve the employee experience, based on cultivating a sense of belonging for every employee from the newest to most tenured. The work is focused on assessing and delivering organizational change and development solutions that support growth and company success.

Day to Day:
Provide consultation and coaching to leaders and staff to enhance performance, alignment, and effectiveness in achieving organizational strategies.
Design and execute ongoing elements of the employee journey, including new hire onboarding, new manager training, cross training, and the like.
Ability to design and evaluate the results of surveys and other methods of sampling employee views and of evaluating areas important to organizational effectiveness.
Partner with organizational units in the implementation of change initiatives.
Assist in organizational long-term planning and corresponding HR strategies.
Provide coaching to leaders for improving individual performance and improving effectiveness of the leaders' team and department.
Identify effectiveness measures for programs and collects, analyze and report program metrics.
Develop and implement follow-up activities to support and reinforce development.
Provide third-party intervention with teams and individuals to solve interpersonal issues.
Designs, develops and delivers high impact training and development solutions for managers and employees.
Demonstrates appropriate leadership and decision-making behaviors; maintains technical job knowledge and personal skill development.
Partner with other areas within Human Resources to address issues that overlap areas of responsibility and expertise.
Manages multiple assignments simultaneously; is able to break assignments into component tasks and execute on time and to a high level of quality.

Come on your first day with:
Bachelor’s degree with a major in business, human resources, organization development or equivalent discipline/experience.
Requires a minimum of 5 – 7 years (level 2) or 8-10 years (level 3) experience as an OE Consultant with employee development knowledge and experience in design and delivery of training, adult learning theories, project management, and database management.
Demonstrated experience in meeting facilitation, conflict management, organization design, performance management, labor relations, and employment law.
Follows through on commitments, showing persistence in the face of challenging circumstances, and responds efficiently to roadblocks, consistently demonstrates professionalism and high level of performance.
Clearly conveys information and ideas through oral and written communication to stakeholders at all levels in the organization. Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
Highly flexible, self-directed, and adapts well to a rapidly changing environment.
Demonstrated experience in research methods and data analysis techniques.
Proficiency in PC use, including word processing, spreadsheet applications, and databases.
Demonstrated collaborative and creative problem solving and thinking skills.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and take initiative within established guidelines.

Base salary range: $70,150.00 - $120,700 per year, depending on qualifications
