Carisma Sanchez

Communications Specialist

Carisma joined Partners in Diversity as its Communications Specialist in January 2023. Her professional experience includes communications and marketing work for various non-profits across the PNW and a marketing agency, and several years of small business management. Carisma attended the School of Business at Portland State University where she earned a degree in Marketing and Advertising. Creating synergy between an organization and its surrounding community through digital content, events, and creative partnerships is what she considers her superpower.

Outside of work, Carisma enjoys experimenting with photography, strength training, and exploring Portland’s food and craft beverage scene.
