Monica Lin-Meyer

For more than 25 years, Monica Lin-Meyer has partnered with individuals, teams, and organizations to help them thrive. She specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), and organizational design. She has partnered with numerous organizations seeking to improve their culture, advance leadership effectiveness and team performance, and address systemic barriers to equity.

Currently, Monica serves as a senior managing consultant in EY’s People Advisory Services (PAS) practice. Previously, she was a consultant at PeopleFirm, which was acquired by EY in 2019. Her career has included leadership positions at Nike, Waggener Edstrom Worldwide (WE Communications), REI Co-op, and Willis Towers Watson. Locally, Monica’s clients have included Columbia Sportswear, Nike, Portland Community College, the Portland Trailblazers, the Standard, and Mercy Corps.

Monica devotes volunteer time to social justice causes and serving historically marginalized communities. She has facilitated numerous community workshops on anti-racism, bystander intervention, and allyship for groups including the Executive Development Institute (EDI), a non-profit focused on leadership development for people of color. In addition, she provides pro bono executive coaching to BIPOC professionals and allies seeking to advance their understanding of diversity. Monica co-leads the Asian and Pacific Islander (API) community resource group for Partners in Diversity. She has spoken at numerous professional conferences, including DisruptHR and the Ascend National Conference.
