Juan Gallegos oversees PGE’s people operations and leads the organization’s work to cultivate a high-performing, engaged workforce.
He joined PGE in 2025 as Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President, People and Culture. Gallegos has 20 years of human resources experience leading strategic initiatives, enhancing employee engagement and optimizing HR operations. Prior to PGE, Gallegos held leadership positions at Clearway Energy, Cornerstone Building Brands and Amazon.com. Gallegos is also a proud veteran having served in the United States Army, Infantry in support of both Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
