Leadership doesn’t happen accidentally; it takes training, practice, and experience. Partners in Diversity® offers two leadership programs (one for CEOs and one for executive leaders) to bring leaders forward and support their professional development. These programs provide a way for leaders to hold themselves accountable by meeting regularly with a group of peers and DEI-B coach.
You’ll meet with a regular peer group and professional DEI-B coach and prepare to take measurable action to jumpstart positive cultural and policy changes within your organization.
The top leader of a partner organization should attend the CEO Cohort, while those who report to that person should attend the Executive Leaders Cohort.
