Joyce joined Partners in Diversity in May 2024. She has a degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in Political Science.
Prior to joining PiD, Joyce worked in rare books collections and customer service. Once she moved to Portland in 2021, she worked in marketing, communications, and sales for a local Portland tech company.
In her free time, Joyce volunteers for the Center for Asian Pacific American Women (CAPAW) and is part of their Asian Pacific American Women’s Leadership Institute (APAWLI) 2024 cohort. She also enjoys traveling, crocheting, trying new foods, attending concerts, and hanging out with her cat Tofu.
