For more than 25 years, Monica Lin-Meyer has excelled in executive coaching, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), collaborating with organizations to enhance culture, leadership, and address equity barriers. As a senior managing consultant at EY’s People Advisory Services, she draws from her leadership roles at Nike, Waggener Edstrom Worldwide, REI Co-op, and Willis Towers Watson. Lin-Meyer has worked with notable clients such as Columbia Sportswear, Nike, Portland Community College, the Portland Trailblazers, the Standard, and Mercy Corps. In her volunteer work, she is dedicated to social justice causes, providing pro bono executive coaching to BIPOC professionals and allies, and co-leading the Asian and Pacific Islander (API) Professional Resource Group for Partners in Diversity.
