Sherrill Corbett is a partner at the law firm, Tonkon Torp LLP, where she counsels clients on buying and selling businesses, structuring complex joint ventures, bank financings, and private placements. Corbett represents public companies and advises them on securities compliance and corporate governance matters. She currently serves on Tonkon Torp’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and recently concluded her tenure as a member of its managing board.
