Tanya is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leader with 10+ years of experience shaping and operationalizing company-wide DEI strategy. She serves as an advisor to executive-level leadership on DEI policy and regulatory compliance. She’s skilled in developing strategy, achieving program outcomes, and evolving processes through data-driven approaches. Tanya is recognized for advancing equity through community engagement, strategic planning, and systemic change initiatives. As a member of the Advisory Council on Racial Equity for Washington County as well as multiple non-profit boards, Tanya leads equity conversations across sectors and works to remove bias and discrimination from community-focused programs. Outside of work, Tanya supports mentors young professionals and advocates for immigrant communities.
