Ursula Arlauskas is a Program Officer at the Community Foundation for Southwest Washington. A graduate of Portland State University, she spent nearly a decade in the financial sector supporting wealth advisors and investment professionals before joining the Foundation in 2017. In her early role in development, she focused on cultivating relationships, organizing major events, managing data integrity, and leading project management for regional giving days. In 2023 she became a dedicated Program Officer overseeing grantmaking initiatives and cultivating partnerships with organizations advancing equity across southwest Washington. Her work centers community voice strengthens cross-sector collaboration and supports system-level change. She is committed to advancing equity-focused strategies while fostering authentic connections between nonprofit partners, funders, and grassroots leaders.
