Ursula Arlauskas, a Portland State University graduate, transitioned from a decade in wealth management to the nonprofit sector in 2017. She currently serves as a development associate at the Community Foundation for southwest Washington, excelling in relationship development with individuals and businesses. In addition to co-managing SW Washington’s largest giving day, GiveMore24!, Arlauskas organizes major events, ensures data integrity, and contributes to the Foundation’s internal equity initiatives.
