The Center for Asian Pacific American Women (CAPAW.org) is hosting the 2023 Western Regional conference themed, “AANHPI Women: Awaken Your Best SELF Through WHOLE Living, designed to empower AANHPI women to achieve their goals through self-care.
We are creating a safe and supportive environment for AANHPI women an opportunity to engage in discussion about wellness around: * Mental health * Nutrition * Physical Fitness and more.
The conference includes a variety of activities, such as speakers, workshops, products and social events. It is dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants. Our goal is to provide a great opportunity to meet new people, make connections, and have fun while improving overall health and well-being!
