Stronger together

Becoming a member of Partners in Diversity® shows that your organization is committed to the change you want to see in the world, is taking steps to provide a safe and welcoming workplace, and invests time and energy into the community.
Partnership saves you time by providing monthly educational programs, helping you learn the latest best practices on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI-B) and providing spaces that you can count on to welcome meaningful conversations. We connect members of your organization with others doing the same work, or those who are looking for an opportunity to get involved. But most of all, becoming a partner supports your organization in showing its dedication to values over performative actions, and to expressing that commitment in how it relates to time, networks, the workplace itself, and daily interactions.

Exposure and Awareness

Partnership shows that your organization is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging—not just in words, but through investing in change and taking the time to do the work. It provides education and networking opportunities to your employees, helping your organization to be more rooted in the communities it serves. Ultimately, it makes not only your organization, but the entire region, stronger and more resilient.

OPB joined Partners in Diversity prior to the pandemic. We have found great value in PID’s programs such as the annual NW Equity Summit, Say Hey! events for newcomers, CEO networking events and training. We see our membership as a wise investment in our people and in helping to create a culture of belonging across all of Oregon.
