Participants of the Partners in Diversity Asian Pacific Islander and Black Community Resource Groups (CRGs) are invited to a casual afternoon of networking, community-building and conversation. The event will include appetizers and beverages.


  • 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm – Networking
  • 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm –  Conversation on Civic and Community Engagement with Albert Lee,  Executive Director of Oregon Advocacy Commissions Office, and Temmecha Turner, Director of Community Diversity Relations at Oregon State University.

  • This Community Resource Group event is a space specifically for people who identify as a member of the Asian Pacific Islander and Black communities.

  • The event will be held on the 2nd floor, The Meier & Frank Building, Pioneer Courthouse Square.

Partners in Diversity created Community Resource Groups (CRGs) to better support professionals of color. They are affinity spaces designed to bring people together in a safe space to network, discuss current issues relevant to that specific community and learn from each other. Learn more about CRGs.
