Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Benchmarks: Standards for Organizations Around the World (GDEIB) helps organizations determine strategy and measure progress in advancing diversity, equity and inclusion. The Centre for Global Inclusion’s 2021 edition is a product of consensus thinking by 112 Expert Panelists world-wide who used their cultural lenses, lived experiences, and expertise to mold the GDEIB into a guidebook that is globally relevant.

During this session you will learn how the Greenbrier Companies are using the benchmarks to guide their Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access and Leadership (IDEAL) journey. The learners will develop tactics, programs and activities for selected GDEIB categories relevant for their organizations. Come and learn how this flexible, scalable method can work for you.

Special thanks to Metropolitan Group for sponsoring this session.
