I couldn't pass up the incredible opportunity to work with Kaiser, where I can seamlessly blend my passion for talent development, business process engineering, organizational performance, and core HR functions. In my current role, I oversee a dynamic array of responsibilities that include enhancing well-being initiatives, promoting equity, inclusion, and diversity (EID), and shaping talent and succession planning strategies. I also lead engagement surveys and profile analyses, manage organizational change, and provide consulting services in human resources. Additionally, I partner with business units to align workforce planning and development efforts with organizational goals, all while striving to enhance overall effectiveness. This multifaceted role perfectly marries my extensive experience across these diverse domains, making it an exceptional match for my skills and aspirations.
Fellowship. I am new to the NW and don't have extended family or friends. Finding like-minded professionals who I can connect with that understand the complexities or working in the NW and what it means to thrive in the NW, will be invaluable.
