I want to continue to build and grow within the community, make new connections and meet new friends, and the foodie in me says lots of great food.
I've been working and serving those experiencing homelessness for 10 years and throughout this experience I know the significance of staying connected through civic engagement. It is vital for communities that are underserved and underrepresented to be connected to services. For me, personally and professionally, I would like to make more connections with local and state elected officials and to partner with local organizations serving our community.
