Why did you move here?

I moved to Oregon in September of 2018, which doesn't fall within 2023 or 2024. That being said, I hope I'm completing this form correctly since the invite said POC can register as honorees. If that's not appropriate, I am totally happy to just register as an attendee.

What is one thing that you need/want from a community right now?

A collective interest in learning more so we can do better.

What kind of civic connection are you interested in making?

Other colleagues who are interested in finding ways to enhance our ability to close gaps and disparities in public health service to our communities.
