Leadership Collective

Program Details

The Leadership Collective is a leadership development and support cohort designed for leaders who value ongoing growth, reflection, and peer connection. Unlike one-time convenings, the Collective offers continuity—bringing together leaders over time to build trust, share experience, and learn alongside peers navigating similar responsibilities.

A dedicated Leadership Collective for women leaders of color meets quarterly, providing a consistent and supportive space to strengthen leadership skills, expand networks, and engage in honest dialogue. The cohort model encourages deeper relationships, practical learning, and sustained support beyond individual sessions.

The Leadership Collective is made possible through the generosity of member leaders who sponsor and host these cohorts. Sponsors are recognized as leadership development partners, gain visibility within the Partners in Diversity community, and play a key role in sustaining high-impact spaces that support current and emerging leaders across the region.

What will I learn?

You’ll meet with a regular peer group and professional DEI-B coach and prepare to take measurable action to jumpstart positive cultural and policy changes within your organization.

Who should attend?

The top leader of a partner organization should attend the CEO Cohort, while those who report to that person should attend the Executive Leaders Cohort.

How to get involved?

CEO and executive leader programs are invite only.
