Lunch & Learn is a part of Partners in Diversity’s signature learning programs, offering accessible, discussion-based learning opportunities during the workday primarily outside of the Portland Metro Area. These sessions bring together community leaders and professionals to explore topics that strengthen workplace culture and foster belonging.
Lunch & Learn provides member organizations with a regular opportunity to learn from expert voices, engage in thoughtful dialogue, and connect with peers from the region. Past programs have been hosted in Bend, OR and Vancouver, WA.
Actionable strategies and practical tools for building inclusive, engaging workplaces. Topics have included allyship, building and measuring inclusion, bystander intervention, and more.
Human resource and people leaders, managers and directors, culture and engagement professionals, Employee Resource Group or affinity group leaders, learning and development professionals, organizational change agents, and community leaders.
