Thank you for making the NW Equity Summit an unforgettable experience. We are thrilled to share that the summit was a great success and brought together a diverse community of 1,300 individuals from the Oregon and SW Washington region.
Our incredible keynote speakers, Lily Zheng and Michelle MiJung Kim, played a pivotal role in setting the tone for an insightful day filled with networking opportunities, powerful breakout sessions, and deep reflections on our collective and individual responsibilities in creating inclusive work environments. The topics explored during the breakout sessions provided a place to discuss some of the most significant issues surrounding DEI work, including how to understand and map power and how to care for ourselves as we create sustainable movements.
