Program Details

Women of Color RISING is a leadership development and mentorship program designed to support the long-term growth, advancement, and leadership readiness of women of color. The program leverages cultural strengths and lived experience through targeted learning, peer support, and individualized mentorship.

Participants engage in cohort-based learning led by C-suite–level women of color, alongside one-on-one mentorship focused on skill-building, strategic growth, and leadership confidence.

Who is this for?

This program is designed for women of color who are emerging leaders and currently:

  • Managing others as part of their role
  • Bringing 5 or more years of professional experience

What do I gain?

Participants gain ongoing membership, peer support, and direct learning from senior women leaders across industries.  The program emphasized practical insight, shared wisdom, and leadership growth through exchange and relationship-building.

What is the commitment?

Women of Color RISING includes:

  • Eight total virtual and in-person training sessions
  • One-on-one mentoring with volunteer mentors (scheduled based on mentor availability)

The annual program fee is $150, with scholarships available.

We’re excited you’re interested in the Women of Color Rising mentorship circle! This program is for you if you’re a woman of color who is an emerging leader: you currently work in an organization AND you manage others as part of your role. Ideally, you will have 5+ years of work experience.

Applications for the upcoming 2026-2027 cohort will close on February 27, 2026. You will be contacted about your application status on March 17, 2026.
