Who is this for?

This is for you if you are a woman of color who is an emerging leader: you are currently working in a for-profit or non-profit company AND you manage others as part of your role. Ideally, you will have 5 or more years of work experience.

What do I gain?

On-going mentorship and support from your peers and senior women across a spectrum of industries. Learn from the C-Suite and other successful female leaders who are here to help you take your career to the next level. Benefit from the give and take of exchanging ideas and tips.

What is the commitment?

WOC RISING provides 4 sessions for the cohort year. Each session will have 1 virtual training and 1 in-person training each – totaling 4 virtual trainings and 4 in-person trainings.

WOC RISING also offers 1-1 mentoring sessions with volunteer mentors. Schedule of availability for 1-1 mentoring is dependent on the mentor.

The WOC RISING fee is $150 for the cohort year. Scholarships available.
