
Women of Color RISING is a leadership development and mentorship program designed to support the long-term growth, advancement, and leadership readiness of women of color. The program leverages cultural strengths and lived experience through targeted learning, peer support, and individualized mentorship.
Participants engage in cohort-based learning led by C-suite–level women of color, alongside one-on-one mentorship focused on skill-building, strategic growth, and leadership confidence.

We’re excited you’re interested in the Women of Color Rising mentorship circle! This program is for you if you’re a woman of color who is an emerging leader: you currently work in an organization AND you manage others as part of your role. Ideally, you will have 5+ years of work experience.
