MIKE Program is currently recruiting three new members to join our volunteer Board of Directors. Joining the Board is a great way to support our mission and your community. We are looking for individuals with expertise in (non- exhaustive list)

- Healthcare

- DEI
- Project Management
- Nonprofit Management
MIKE’s Board members have a wide variety of educational and professional backgrounds. Board meetings take place online every other month. Board Members will also join one of four MIKE Committees (Finance, Education & Mentoring, Annual Event, Governance).
MIKE’s exists to address the health disparities that are impacting our communities and to change the trajectory for more positive outcomes for our youth. MIKE provides mentored health education programming to students in underserved schools across the Portland metro area and Willamette Valley. MIKE specifically serves in communities who are most affected by health disparities and adverse health outcomes.
