The Oregon Department of Transportation has been a platinum member of Partners in Diversity for many years. Not only does ODOT volunteer to be on PiD planning committees and provide staff to speak on our panels; this organization honors and respects individual differences and works to ensure that people from diverse backgrounds have equitable opportunities, both internally and externally, to work for and conduct business with them.
