Every other year, Partners in Diversity® hosts a regional diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging conference: the NW Equity Summit. This conference is not just a networking opportunity, but an opportunity for deep listening and reflection with members of partner organizations from all over Oregon and southwest Washington.
The NW Equity Summit is the Pacific Northwest’s leading gathering of business, nonprofit, government, education, and community leaders committed to building stronger workplaces, stronger organizations, and stronger communities.
Held every two years, the summit brings together nationally recognized speakers, regional innovators, and hundreds of decision-makers to explore leadership, workplace culture, belonging, talent development, and economic opportunity.
The summit creates a space for meaningful learning, honest dialogue, and practical solutions that help organizations navigate workforce challenges, strengthen employee engagement, and foster environments where individuals can contribute and thrive.
Since its inception, the NW Equity Summit has welcomed thousands of attendees and has become one of the region’s most influential forums for advancing leadership and workplace excellence.
C-suite executives, senior leaders, human resources and talent professionals, nonprofit executives, board members, public sector leaders, educators, workforce development professionals, employee resource group leaders, community advocates, and emerging leaders from across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
Organizations today face unprecedented workforce challenges, including talent shortages, employee retention, leadership transitions, changing workforce expectations, political polarization, and rapid technological change.
At the same time, employees and communities continue to seek workplaces where they feel respected, connected, and valued.
The NW Equity Summit equips leaders with practical strategies, fresh perspectives, and meaningful connections to navigate these realities while building resilient organizations prepared for the future.
There are a number of sponsorship opportunities available.
