Jerry Walker is the chief information officer at Oregon State Treasury, setting strategic direction for information technology and security services. Previously, he served as the director of information technology for the city of St. Louis Treasurer’s Office, implementing technological solutions to enhance city services. In his various roles, Walker is a strategic leader, business partner, infrastructure architect, and cyber-security advocate. He earned degrees in information and communication science and telecommunications from Ball State University. Committed to fostering the next generation of leaders, Walker actively supports underrepresented individuals in technology through mentorship, volunteer service, and board partnerships.
