In her role as NW Natural’s Vice President and Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer, Melinda Rogers oversees key aspects of human resources. She joined NW Natural in January 2018 as Senior Director of Human Resources, after serving as Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Acquisition from October 2015 to January 2018. Rogers has a diverse background, including a senior associate position at Point B in Seattle and Director of the Executive Development Center of Willamette University.
With more than 14 years of experience in various human resources roles and a decade in management positions, she brings extensive expertise in cultural change leadership, transition management, organizational development, succession planning, and aligning HR strategy with business results. She holds a degree in business marketing and English from Bryant University and has completed advanced leadership development programs.
