Breakfast for Champions | Becoming Anti-Racist

March 8, 2022 – About 150 members learned what it takes to be an anti-racist in the workplace, community and home at Partners in Diversity’s March Breakfast for Champions. Award-winning DEI leader, Elizabeth N. Laine, led participants through an instructive and interactive webinar on the roots of structural racism. She provided practical ways to identify biases and beliefs, confront microaggressions and how to become actively anti-racist.

With DEI advocates calling for an anti-racist approach as a means to address racism in all its many forms, it’s imperative that we continue fostering these conversations for a more inclusive future for all.

"If we want to create structures for success in our companies, we have to create safety in our organizations. If we want to diversify our companies, we can bring people in the door through reach and attraction. But keeping people is about having a safe environment of belonging." – Elizabeth N. Laine
