We are looking forward to seeing you at the 2025 NW Equity Summit! Find a list of frequently asked questions below:
Where can I park?

Onsite parking is provided in the Oregon Convention Center’s (OCC) underground garage. You may enter the garage through either the NE Lloyd Blvd (P1) or NE First Avenue (P2) entrances. Clearance on the P1 Level is 7 feet; clearance on the P2 Level is 9 feet. There are a total of 800 spaces.
Standard Daily Parking Rate:
- Up to 18 hours: $15 (no in and out privileges)
- The garage opens daily at 6:00 am. Overnight parking is prohibited.
- Please allow for ample time to park. The garage can reach capacity on days with busy event schedules and area traffic may impact your arrival and departure times.
- The Oregon Convention Center does not guarantee parking availability. Availability is on a first-come, first served basis.
- The OCC only accept credit/debit cards and touchless payment methods.
Parking accommodations for people with health conditions or impairments
- Both levels of the OCC parking garage provide accessible spaces within easy access of elevators. There are 10 accessible spaces on Parking Level 1 (P1) and 11 accessible spaces on Parking Level 2 (P2). Parking Level 2 (P2) offers accessible areas with a 9-foot ceiling clearance to accommodate adapted vehicles.
- Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first served basis. Click here for more accessibility information.
Street parking and drop-off/pick-up zones
- There are 566 metered parking spaces within three blocks of the OCC.
- Short term drop-off/pick-up zones are available adjacent to the convention center on NE Martin Luther King, Jr. (MLK) Boulevard and on NE Holladay Street.
- All drop-off and loading zones are located on an accessible route to an accessible building entrance, and have adequate vertical and horizontal clearance. Not all zones have an unobstructed aisle next to the vehicle pull-up space. There is a public-use sidewalk, which may be obstructed by pedestrians and attendees.
Additional area parking
- There are several privately operated parking garages/lots in the area surrounding the convention center. Please be aware that some locations may not be open at certain times and availability is based upon demand.
- Note: Some privately owned lots around the OCC promote “convention center parking” but these are not operated by the Oregon Convention Center.
